Happy National Underwear Day. ...only at Tommy John can I kick off a post with that. While Tommy John underwear is exceptional, it’s our CX agents I want to spotlight today. Yesterday, they caught a potential issue before it became a problem, and honestly, that kind of thing happens all the time. It reminded me how easy it is to take that kind of insight for granted, and how important it is to stay close to and really listen to our team. If you're only listening to customer feedback, you're not getting the full picture. And if you're not checking in with your agents, you're missing some of the fastest, most actionable insights you’ve got. Stay close. Ask questions. Get their take. It makes all the difference. Grateful for our team. Always.
