Mayo Clinic, as part of its Bold. Forward. strategy, is also reimagining the physical space in which we carry out our looking after patients. We have a group that is intent on creating a healthcare space that doesn't exist. And that healthcare space is making sure that there is no difference between physical and digital care, there's no difference between inpatient, outpatient care and virtual care. And the way we're doing that is we are advancing a new concept called neighborhoods, where instead of building around departments, you build around patient need, you build around healthcare worker need, and then therefore you create the space where everything you need is around you. That's a really powerful concept. It's an innovation. But at the same time, a different group is doing the inverse. It is saying what do we need to do to make sure that patients don't need to physically come to Mayo Clinic. And to do that, we first created on our platform, Advanced Care at Home, which is how do you look after a patient who should be in hospital, but you look after them in their home. Last year alone, we saved patients 10,000 nights in the hospital. We used that data to then create Cancer Care Beyond Walls. On the platform, how do you deliver chemotherapy in a patient's home safely? And we now have many, many patients who have gotten their chemotherapy for colon cancer, for breast cancer, other cancers, without ever having to leave their home. That then led to STAT Care at Home, which is our newest part of our platform, which is can you safely provide emergency department care in somebody's home? So you keep those two innovations separate, and then what Mayo really does well, because it's all about teamwork, is at some point you bring them in, and you make them then part of the future.
