Helping entrepreneurs and leaders maximize their freedom, creativity and impact | Entrepreneurial Leap, Rocket Fuel, EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), The EOS Life, and The 10 Disciplines

If your calendar is packed but your energy is drained, it’s time to ask a harder question: Are you filling your schedule, or fueling your impact? Driven entrepreneurs pride themselves on being productive, but what if your busyness is blinding you to what really matters? Time blocking isn’t about rigidity. It’s about freedom. Freedom to create, think, rest, and actually enjoy your work. Rob and I talk about how your relationship with time either amplifies or undermines your clarity, creativity, and peace. Track your energy. Block your time. And remember: when you master your calendar, you take back control of your life. 🎧 Take a listen. Gino Wickman So true. A full calendar isn’t effectiveness. I’ve found the real unlock is tracking energy as closely as time. When you block space to think, create, and rest, that’s when the biggest breakthroughs happen.
