Adaptive reuse can create more than just functional space — it can preserve history. This Lowry Field project blends family ties, WWII history, and modern medical office demand. #FountainHeadCommercial #DenverCRE #FollowUs
Echo Real Estate Capital is breathing new life into a WWII-era campus in Denver’s Lowry Field. The firm purchased a two-building, 71,000 sq. ft. medical office campus for $8.6M earlier this year. During renovations, Principal Jon Boyajian discovered his grandfather likely trained at the site during WWII — sparking a personal connection to the project. Renovations include Air Force-themed art, historic displays, and upgrades designed to attract more tenants, while keeping rents below Class A medical space. It’s a strong example of adaptive reuse — honoring history while meeting today’s healthcare real estate needs. #FountainHeadCommercial #DenverCRE #FollowUs https://lnkd.in/ggpANFfZ

Big news for Nashville students! New Health Sciences Early College Pathways at Pearl-Cohn and Maplewood High Schools will let students graduate with a high school diploma AND a two-year degree—putting them halfway to a bachelor’s degree and on the fast track to high-demand healthcare careers. This is possible thanks to the incredible partnership of Ascension Saint Thomas, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Nashville State Community College. As Dr. Adrienne Battle said at today's event: “Talent and ambition are distributed evenly across Nashville; we have to make sure that opportunities are as well.” Kudos to MNPS and these partners for coming together to deliver opportunity and a brighter future for our students. #StudentSuccess #Healthcare #Partnership #EarlyCollege

Some buildings are built to hold tenants. This one was built to advance ideas. 109 Michigan sits at the heart of Grand Rapids’ Medical Mile, surrounded by research institutions, teaching hospitals, and healthcare innovators. This is a space that's a platform for companies whose work depends on proximity to talent, partners, and resources. If you’re in biomedical research, health tech, or a clinical specialty that thrives on collaboration, you’ll find yourself steps from the region’s top hospitals, universities, and research labs. The LEED-certified design, flexible floor plates, and shared spaces are tailored for organizations that want to recruit top-tier talent and keep them here. It’s space for teams who see the future of healthcare and want to build it together.
