Although the European economy is choppy Heidrick & Struggles is doing very well. Last week we had our European Conference in Munich with more than 200 people from Europe + Africa. Guest speaker Prof. Dr.Dr. Ann-Kristin Achleitner spoke about her experiences with boards and the high importance of a strong and trustful relationship between the chairman/woman and the CEO in uncertain business environment. We discussed at the conference that clients need to react and change faster in challenging times and the need for strong implementation power.
