Last week, our team had the privilege of hosting Compton College’s President Dr. Keith Curry at Guerdon’s Factory to walk through the prototype for their Student Housing project and tour the production floor. There was a real sense of joy and pride in seeing this first-of-its-kind modular student housing project reach such a major milestone. The Bernards and GUERDON, LLC teams have spent countless hours collaborating to bring this vision to life. This progress wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and expertise of so many partners. A huge thank you to HPI Architecture, The Anaheim Group, Gafcon PM-CM LLC, Volz Company and all the consultants who have made delivering much-needed student housing their top priority. It’s taken thousands of hours, innovative thinking, and true partnership by all to get here. And most importantly, thank you to Compton College for entrusting us with this opportunity.
