I’m incredible proud of the work Capgemini is doing with LooseHeadz to scale their impact. 🖤🤍 To build on this story from earlier this year we’ve recently kicked off a grassroots rugby tour with LooseHeadz to inspire girls playing rugby, to give them the opportunity to grow their skills and confidence and also to connect them with the upcoming World Rugby Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 of which Capgemini is a Principal Partner. 🏉 To date sessions have taken place at WORTHING RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB LTD and Chester RUFC and more grassroots rugby clubs to follow across the country during and after RWC2025. The session have included: - A high-intensity training session led by England Rugby legend Rachael Burford - An interactive mental health workshop led by brilliant Heather Lewis from Looseheadz team - A powerful Q&A with Rachael to wrap up the session ♥️ 👏 A big well done on the tour so far by the brilliant Hannah Stallard Kayt Inskip Svenja Nebert for leading this awesome initiative and to all the volunteers in Capgemini and grassroots clubs for getting involved to #tacklethestigma and encouraging people to be active and play rugby. ♥️ 👏 A big thank you to Alexander Nikolatos Olivia Pugh for bring this story to life through pictures and videos. At Capgemini, we believe in using moments like this to spark ambition and create lasting impact beyond the game. This is about giving young women the confidence, support, and inspiration to thrive and to feel connected to a sport and community that truly looks out for one another. By engaging young players in conversations about mental health in a fun, approachable way, we’re helping to break down stigma and build confidence from an early age. It’s great to be part of this journey with Looseheadz to help #TackleTheStigma and build a stronger, more connected rugby community global. I was incredible privilege to attend the first leg of the tour at Worthing RFC and see the impact Looseheadz are impacting throughout the great game of rugby from grassroots all the way to high performance.
