Visiting the ENIAC computer at UPenn with Deep Jariwala and Catherine Schuman felt very appropriate after hearing their talks and others on neuromorphic and quantum computing at the National Academy of Engineering Frontiers of Engineering (NAE-FOE) Symposium. I wonder how sure they were back in the 1940s on what this computer could enable?
