It’s not that AI isn’t important; it is. But when every keynote, breakout, and panel is just a slightly repackaged version of “how to leverage generative tools,” something gets lost. We stop thinking originally about the future of work, we stop talking about people, and we forget that the biggest barriers to progress are often not technological, but human.
