Time for a new chapter! After almost 10 great years at EY it's time to change. Feels like long time ago that I joined the small IT Advisory team in 2015. Since then I have executed on 4 different global strategies, been promoted to partner, had a number of different roles and built up a true tech practice with specialized teams in Tech Strategy Transformation, Cyber Security, AI & Data and Platforms... Super proud of a fantastic journey that started with Rene Ravn Nielsen hiring me together with Jonas Groes and Martin Petersen Lennards. Thanks Rene for the trust and the support to allow me to grow and build the teams. Of course super proud of growing a large technology consulting practice with +120 people, but actually more proud to have helped foster a large number of talents that have grown into high profiled tech consultants. So a huge thanks to all both current EY techies but also former - it's due to you all this has been possible and not at least fun too. Thanks 🙏 During my time I have also appreciated being a part of the Nordic Tech Consulting leadership team strongly led by Eirik Albrigtsen setting "big hairy goals" for us to achieve as a true Nordic team. Great teaming that started with Christian Mjaanes, Tore Aurdal, Tommy Rugsveen, Anders Lundgren, Riku Piipari, Ronny Seehuus and Tim Best. After a great summer with the family, it's now time to focus on the next chapter. Stay tuned.
