☕🐑 This morning, I decided to take my coffee not at my desk, but outside and alongside the baby lambs at a local farm. And you know what? They reminded me of something essential: the power of presence. Lambs don’t multitask. They don’t check their email while grazing. They’re fully present—and in that presence, they notice the whole world around them, everything and everyone. In corporate life, especially in fast-paced industries like pharma, we can forget the value of slowing down. But when we make space for real listening, stillness, or even just some fresh air and a different perspective—we show up better for our teams, our challenges, and ourselves. Here’s to finding unexpected clarity, wherever you may be (even if it’s in a paddock)!
lucky you!! What a way to start the day
Words of wisdom!

I love it! Seeing with new eyes! Refreshing Joanna!
You go girl!
Love this! It's important to slow down, recharge, and connect with outside. It's proven that the positive interactions with nature will charge our brain receptors which will lead to better performance.
