The picture on the left is where it all began. The picture on the right? That’s more than 1,250 people—franchisees, team members, partners—gathered just two weeks ago at #UBCON2025 to celebrate what’s been built and where we’re headed. Urban Air Adventure Parks was the spark that lit the fire for Unleashed Brands. And that spark came from the vision, grit, and leadership of Michael O. Browning Jr. Michael has always created an environment where leaders are developed, ideas are welcomed, and people are pushed—in the best way—to pursue growth. Because of that culture, aspiring entrepreneurs have become successful franchisees, passionate teams have turned ideas into action, and today, more than 25 million kids a year are impacted by our mission: building great kids.
