A finalist for the Role Model of the Year Award, Laura has transformed the culture within her division, introducing operational changes that support a balanced and flexible approach to working life. Always striving for excellence, Catherine leads by example, valuing her clients and team. She has grown Keoghs London Complex Injury team from one person (Catherine herself!) to a diverse team of 18 people, earning her a finalist spot in the Insurance Lawyer of the Year Award.
