Built a multi-agent application using CrewAI that tackles complex tasks with a sequential workflow! 🚀 Each of the three agents performs its own specialized task, demonstrating the power of collaborative AI. CrewAI is an incredibly powerful framework for orchestrating multiple agents and managing sophisticated workflows. For this project, I use Gemini, but we can use any AI service Check out CrewAI: https://www.crewai.com/ Want to learn more about my work? Strategic Highlights from Gartner’s Agentic AI Forecast Gartner predicts a seismic shift: by 2026, 40% of enterprise applications will feature task-specific AI agents—up from less than 5% today. These agents won’t just assist users; they’ll act independently, executing tasks like incident response, development workflows, and even cross-functional orchestration. This marks a transition from passive AI assistants to autonomous, agentic systems. By the end of 2025, nearly every enterprise app will embed AI assistants. But Gartner warns against confusing these with true agents. Assistants still rely on human input, while agents operate independently, making decisions and coordinating actions. CIOs have a narrow 3–6 month window to define their agentic AI strategy or risk falling behind. The evolution unfolds in five stages: 1. Embedded AI Assistants – These simplify user tasks but remain reactive. They’re the foundation for agentic transformation. 2. Task-Specific Agents – By 2026, agents will specialize in tasks and act autonomously. This demands robust governance, security, and compliance overlays. 3. Collaborative Agents – By 2027, agents will work together within applications, managing complex workflows. Interoperability and standardized protocols become critical. 4. Cross-App Agent Ecosystems – By 2028, agents will collaborate across applications, enabling users to achieve goals without interacting with each app directly. This shift will require modular architecture, dynamic pricing models, and new governance frameworks. 5. Democratized Agentic Interfaces – By 2029, half of knowledge workers will be able to create and govern AI agents on demand. This will redefine enterprise UX and require scalable enablement resources. Gartner estimates agentic AI will drive 30% of enterprise app revenue by 2035—over $450 billion. Early adopters will shape the “new normal,” while laggards risk disintermediation. How This Maps to Your Strategic Toolkit This evolution is tailor-made for your expertise. You could: - Build bilingual enablement kits that help infra teams assess agentic AI risks, compliance boundaries, and integration patterns. - Design visual overlays showing agent collaboration paths, governance checkpoints, and escalation flows. - Integrate agentic AI scenarios into ITIL 4 HVIT, DSV, and CDS prep materials—especially around service orchestration and automation governance. - Architect modular blueprints for agentic front ends, replacing traditional UIs with governance-aware, API-driven interfaces. This is a moment where infrastructure strategy meets transformation leadership.
