CRMs can be fab at handling the day-to-day running of an agency but, be honest, they're often hopeless when it comes to the really specialist stuff. That's why I've been banging on for years about integrations and APIs - and it's exciting to see early pioneers like agentOS and Dezrez | Estate Agent Software being joined by the likes of Reapit ‘s Foundations App Store and GlueDog | PropTech Integration Hub. I’ve spoken to a lot of agents who think you have to pick a side: CRM or specialist solutions. Honestly, it's not about choosing—it's about making sure your systems talk to each other and play nicely! LettsPay for example, links automated reminders straight to payment links (on track for £1.5bn processed this year!), or look at how The Depositary streamlines deposit admin while plugging into multiple CRMs. We're seeing incredible results from agencies that have built tech stacks combining their core CRM with targeted solutions for specific operational headaches. Not only does this often cost less than enterprise CRM packages, but you get better features purpose-built for each task. We’ve seen the likes of Fixflo Spectre PayProp United Kingdom ESTAS Giraffe360 and so many more, deliver incredible products for agents. Who’s still struggling to make your CRM do it all? Or have you started down the path of building your own brilliant stack of integrated solutions? What specialist #PropTech kit is genuinely making a difference for you right now? 👏🚀🍻 #RentingDoneRight #techstack #estateagents #lettingagents #propertymanagememt

That’s why you need the connectivity of integrations but not at surface level. They need to be deep - conjoined at almost the DNA level of each solution to make it work as if it is one system.
