No one needed software to see this one coming...Hotels win at the expense of travelers, and housing remains as unaffordable as ever for New Yorkers. Rents jumped 3.3%. Hotel prices skyrocketed 7.4%. Vacancy rates remained unchanged. Hopefully this is a warning to leaders in big and small regions across the United States.
