I did the SA Pro certification last December and it is definitely amongst the hardest exams out there and one that I am also most proud of. One advise that I can share is that while going through the learning process via video courses, whitepapers or the AWS documentation itself, try to develop an architectural sense or instinct - that means knowing a lot about the foundational services i.e. VPC, EC2, S3, IAM and then developing a mental map of the various integrations across the other services. This generally helps in eliminating the obvious wrong answers very easily in the exam. It's also important to stick to a schedule and remain consistent while learning to build up the knowledge.
