Dear Manoj. I recall that day in 1977 when you came and met me to seek my advise on going to IIT Kharagpur. Having finished my graduation in 1976 from KGP, I had fresh experiences to share and also how my grooming & evolution took shape in the 5 years at KGP. Also how it got me Industry ready to have got a great start at Thermax. I'm so happy that you took my advice and started your journey of life at KGP.
