We’re honored to be recognized alongside other trailblazers!
For those of us who grew up on NPR, it is unrecognizable. Former CEO Katherine Maher, with her disdain for the truth, proved this in no uncertain terms when she suspended longtime editor URI Berliner for blasting NPR’s progressive bias in an essay titled: ”I’ve been at NPR for 25 years. Here’s how we lost America’s trust.”
You are an icon, Maria Thomas. There's a lot at NPR Digital to be proud of, and much of it started through your leadership.
