𝑰𝒔 𝑨𝑰 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔? Maybe. But not the great ones. AI can give you information. But it can't read the room. It can't feel the energy. It can't connect, inspire, or challenge with empathy. The future isn’t about man vs machine. It’s about 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞. 💡 Trainers who learn how to use AI will replace those who don’t. 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭. Bias in data can distort AI decisions. Highlighter helps correct imbalance in training sets, building models that reflect reality, not just the majority.
AI Insight: Tackle bias by balancing data sets and ensuring fair AI training. Highlighter AI mitigates bias by ensuring data sets are balanced and diverse. For example, if a data set has 999 examples of clownfish and only one of another species, the AI may overfit and always predict clownfish. To address this, Highlighter helps even-out data distribution during model training, reducing the likelihood of biassed outcomes. By creating more representative data sets, Highlighter ensures fairer and more accurate AI performance. So, send in the clowns. AI is powerful, but here’s the truth: it shouldn’t replace your brain—it should upgrade it 🚀. The real benefit comes when we use AI as a tutor, brainstorming buddy, and problem-solving partner. That’s where prompting comes in. Prompting is simply the way we ask questions. The better the prompt, the better the explanation or guidance we get. Instead of just asking for “answers,” I’ve learned to craft prompts that force me to understand concepts deeply. It’s not about letting AI think for me—it’s about thinking with AI. That’s how learning sticks. #ALX_SE #ALX_PDBE #ALX_PDFE #ALX_FE #ALX_BE alx_africa

When I first started learning about AI, I felt completely overwhelmed — too many tools, too much hype. Fast forward a few months: I’ve built IntraAI, a platform that breaks AI down into bite-sized, practical steps anyone can follow. The best part? Seeing people actually use AI to save hours in their work and make their sessions more engaging. My challenge to you: - Pick one task today you’ve been avoiding and see if AI can help. Even a small win counts. What task are you tackling with AI this week? #AI #Productivity #Learning #IntraAI #SmallWins

DON'T Rely on AI 100%, and use it blindly!!! AI is a powerful tool that enhances our capabilities with knowledge and speed. However, it is crucial to establish our own understanding to retain the ability to assess the accuracy of AI-generated answers. Building a strong foundation of knowledge is essential for evaluating the responses provided by AI effectively. #AI #knowledge #learning #upskill #discover #foundation

Are we really talking about the same AI The term ‘AI’ is often used in a very general way. This easily leads to misunderstandings – opportunities and risks get mixed up, and it’s often unclear whether we’re talking about classical pattern recognition, automation, or generative AI (LLMs). My observation: in many discussions people actually mean generative, learning AI, while in industry, applications often rely on very different forms of AI. Wouldn’t it add much more clarity if we were more precise – either by referring to a common definition like the EU AI Act, or by using more specific wording in each case? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Dear non-experts, please feel encouraged to join in. #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #MachineLearning #EUAIAct #DigitalTransformation
