Every other month, colleagues from across Tripadvisor Group get together at one of our offices in person to co-locate, collaborate, and create deeper connections in and out of the office. This week, we assembled in Needham, Mass to focus on the future of travel and experiences and how we are positioning ourselves to seize the moment. A key theme of our discussions: AI is not just a tool—it’s a transformative force reshaping how travelers discover, plan, and book. We’re embracing this shift and innovating across Tripadvisor, Viator, and TheFork in our products, through our partnerships, and enhancing our productivity. We're empowering our talent with AI tools and training, creating an AI-driven culture to experiment, learn and push boundaries, and we’re just getting started. Our teams also had a chance to go deep on how we're executing on our strategy to drive Tripadvisor’s transformation, expand Viator’s leadership in Experiences, and deepen TheFork’s position in European dining. Authenticity and trust remains one of our sources of competitive advantage, and it is the foundation for helping travelers discover and book better experiences while creating new opportunities for our partners. It was also fun to welcome State Representative Josh Tarsky to our HQ and drop by Prof. Loredana Padurean's class at Northeastern University to share thoughts on innovation at different stages of growth and learn from her curious and thoughtful students. And most importantly, I'm grateful to work alongside talented colleagues who are pushing boundaries every day to innovate, create better experiences, and deliver meaningful impact. Thank you Kristen Dalton, Pepijn Rijvers, Kristin D., and Almir Ambeskovic for a lively Town Hall discussion (pictured below). #Innovation #AI #Experiences #TripadvisorGroup
