Same Dashboard, Four Stories✨ I was reviewing performance across suppliers using a familiar sales dashboard. At first glance — the charts, KPIs, and layout all looked identical. But then I started switching through Supplier A → B → C → D… and the story kept changing: Supplier A vs. B: Sales grew from $5.2M → $5.7M, and product category leaders shifted from Clothing → Electronics. Supplier C vs. D: Sales jumped from $5.4M → $6.5M, with Clothing leading in C, but Groceries taking over in D. Same dashboard. Same KPIs. But four completely different narratives — and very different decisions. - For Supplier A, I might focus on boosting store manager performance. - For Supplier B, I’d prioritize fast-growing product categories. - For Supplier C, the focus shifts toward Clothing & Toys. - For Supplier D, Groceries & Furniture steal the spotlight. My Approach #Multi-Source Integration by Harmonizing POS data, e-commerce sales, promo campaigns & holiday effects into one unified dataset. #Data Cleaning at Scale: Handled messy data by applying IQR-based winsorization to retain data volume while handling anomalies ensuring robust forecasting. #Engineered features (holiday flags, rolling averages, promo impact) to capture hidden demand patterns. #Delivered a 90-day sales forecast with models like SARIMAX and XGBoost Engineered a dash-powered dashboard featuring: A) Actual vs forecasted sales timeline B) Key metrics (MAE, RMSE, MAPE < 10%) C) Time filters for business managers #Production-Style Pipeline: Implemented logging, error handling, and parquet storage. 3.
