S T R E E T B O Y 🏙️ I took one of my old animations and recreated it in the real world. I printed 45 frames, and, over 1.5 months, wandered the city for pasting each image onto urban textures.  The choice of the spot was important for this animation. I strictly looked for places where the character could rise from the bottom, blending into the environment.  When I've had all the photos, I assembled them in After Effects, and the stop-motion worked perfectly. But then I thought: "What if I go further?" I didn't want to just post the raw footage. So, I took the finished sequence and experimented with it inside Cavalry and Rive, using these tools to remix the loop and present the final result in a completely new way. #motiondesign #motiondesigner #motiongraphics #motionmate #motionart #animation #2danimation #animationart
