It’s been a while since my last post – I’ve been working on several projects at the same time. One of them was announced today: Skipr’s sale to Pluxee! Even though I was no longer operational as CEO, I truly enjoyed following and supporting this transaction. There’s always a special feeling when a project you co-founded changes hands. I’m proud because it shows that the company we launched over 5 years ago is here to stay – in terms of product, market fit, and, above all, the team. 👏 Kudos to the current and former Skipr teams for creating a new movement in mobility – one that is more flexible and sustainable. You’re in great hands with Martin Rückert! 👏 Kudos to the clients who dared to challenge the traditional company car model. 🙏 And thank you to our shareholders for their trust: D'Ieteren for launching Skipr with me (poke Michaël Grandfils 😉), Belfius for supporting us from 2020, and Ayvens from 2021 onwards.
