Red Hat's global AI Platform Core Components engineering organization came together face-to-face in Raleigh this week. Over four days, we aligned on strategic priorities, tackled technical and organizational blockers, and strengthened the trust that will carry us into Q4 2025 and beyond. Here are some highlights from our time together: - Strategic alignment: We finalized our shared OKRs across our 5 key functions and defined the tactics that will drive our Key Results. - Breaking silos: Through challenge-resolution sessions and functional breakouts, we defined how we will collaborate across teams and regions to reduce friction and accelerate delivery. - Team growth: We talked about how our unique differences make us stronger as a whole and deepened our understanding of each other during a Tilt for Teams session. - Shared identity: We left with a sense of culture and connection, reminded that the bonds built in person will make our virtual collaboration more effective and more impactful. The phrase we coined together sums it up best: “We can do anything, together.” A huge thanks is owed to our fearless leader Tom Gundersen, and to Steven Huels, for making it possible for us to come together in person.
