One, two, three! Well, we're here at�� the groundbreaking for Upland Park,���� which is a community in District�� 12 in the City of Sweetwater,���� which is going to be one of the, at this�� point, one of the largest transit-oriented���� development communities. This is phase one.�� Obviously, it's right by our Dolphin Park and���� Ride within our rapid transit zone. So it's�� a great opportunity to continue the growth.�� This project is a dream come true. As many�� said, when you build it they will come, and���� we know that that is true. This will be 2,000�� units of housing that more people can afford���� immediately next to rapid transit that will�� get people where they need to go faster,���� and it will serve Doral and Sweetwater. And it's�� a perfect example of what we should be doing.�� Not only are we delivering on our promises to�� enhance housing which is one of the major crises���� in our community, but also connect that housing�� to sustainable transportation, so that we reduce���� the need to have single-occupant cars crowding�� our roads and creating additional congestion.
