Lately I’ve been spending time exploring how Copilot Studio is shaping the way we build agents inside and outside Microsoft 365. What stood out to me is that Microsoft has now made a clear distinction between two different experiences—and honestly, it makes a lot of sense when you think about how people actually use them. 👉 Inside #Microsoft 365 (Lite experience): This feels like the “fast track.” You can point it to your #SharePoint files, Teams chats, or even email threads, and spin up a Q&A-style copilot in minutes. For me, this works best when I just need something lightweight to support a team or internal process. 👉 Standalone portal (Full experience): This is where things get interesting for builders and developers. You’re not just answering questions—you can design copilots that manage workflows, integrate with custom systems, and even support multiple languages. I see this as the go-to when scale and governance are critical. What I also appreciate is the flexibility: • If you already have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, both experiences are included. • And if you don’t, you’re not locked out—you can still use Copilot Credits. For me, the biggest shift isn’t just about naming. It’s about clarity. Now I know exactly when to reach for the Lite experience to move quickly, and when to step into the Full environment to build something more powerful and enterprise-ready. 💡 I’m curious—if you had both at your fingertips, would you lean more toward Lite for speed or Full for scale? #powerupprogram #microsoft365 #copilotstudio
