🚨 95% of AI pilots fail to deliver business impact (MIT, via Forbes). Gartner warns that 40% of agentic AI projects will be scrapped by 2027. McKinsey shows most enterprises still struggle to scale AI across the business. This isn’t about AI not working. It’s about large companies approaching transformation the wrong way: – Chasing shiny tools instead of building orchestration. – Letting IT run the show instead of operations. – Celebrating pilots while the business sees no value. The bold few will flip the script: put operations in charge, empower frontline experts with agentic orchestration, and embrace agentic arbitration to redesign their business. 👉 Read Boris Krumrey's, VP Automation Innocations at UiPath, new article: http://spr.ly/60457EjNH hashtag#UiPath hashtag#AI hashtag#AgenticAI hashtag#AgenticOrchestration hashtag#AgenticAutomation hashtag#BPMN

The Next Wave of Enterprise AI: Agentic Intelligence in Action AI is entering a new chapter — moving beyond single-purpose models to collaborative systems of intelligent agents that can plan, act, and decide. At Accenture, we’re shaping this evolution through the AI Refinery, a platform that transforms how organizations design, deploy, and scale enterprise AI. The most exciting part of this transformation is the emergence of Agentic AI — a paradigm where multiple specialized AI models work together like a team of experts. Each agent has its own role — data analysis, strategy, content generation, validation — and together they coordinate, reason, and make decisions in real time. This isn’t just automation — it’s autonomy with accountability. Agentic systems continuously learn from outcomes, adjust their own workflows, and deliver faster, more consistent, and data-driven results across every function — from marketing and finance to industry operations and supply chains. With Accenture’s AI Refinery, organizations can: ⚙️ Build and orchestrate AI agents tailored to their processes 📊 Integrate data securely across the enterprise 💡 Enable decision-making that’s explainable, compliant, and adaptive 🏛️ Scale AI responsibly with governance and sovereignty at the core Agentic AI represents a new level of intelligence — where systems don’t just answer questions, but collaborate, decide, and create value together. I just analyzed McKinsey's 2025 AI report. One number jumped out: 6% That's the percentage of companies actually winning with AI. Not experimenting. Not piloting. WINNING. While 90% of companies use AI, only one-third move beyond pilots. But that elite 6%? They're playing a completely different game. Here's their playbook (and it's eerily similar to what we learned from RPA/IA): What they DON'T do: Bolt AI onto existing processes Chase efficiency metrics alone Run endless PoCs with no real budget Let AI sit alongside legacy systems What they DO: Rebuild workflows from the ground up (3x more likely than average) Set growth + innovation objectives (not just cost reduction) Deploy centralized governance teams Invest in real infrastructure that supports AI at scale Move fast with iterative development cycles The biggest lesson? These high performers measure how fast their AI agents can transform work. Everyone else just measures how much faster the old work gets done. History doesn't repeat, but it sure rhymes. The best practices for AI transformation aren't new—we learned them through intelligent automation. The question is: will we apply them this time? Check out the complete report 👇🏽

AI Spending May Slow Down — But Delivery Is Where ROI Lives 🚨 According to CIO, many enterprises are re-evaluating AI spend as ROI remains elusive. Forrester predicts some organizations may delay a quarter of their planned AI investments while they work to link AI-led efficiency gains to actual business outcomes. CIO That’s a smart move. AI is powerful, but value only comes when what’s built is reliably delivered. At Opsera, we believe the real return on AI isn’t just in writing code — it’s in deploying it safely, repeatedly, and at scale. When companies bring AI into development or “vibe-coding” workflows, the missing piece often isn’t the technology... it’s the orchestration, compliance, and governance layer around it. If your AI investments are being questioned, maybe it’s time to look at how your delivery pipeline supports them. That’s where we come in. #AI #ROI #DevOps #Governance #ContinuousDelivery #Opsera

Agentic AI might finally do what ten years of “digital transformation” couldn’t: break the silos. McKinsey & Company has a new piece about this. They say the pilot phase is over, and it’s time for real enterprise impact. Fair enough. The article makes good points. But it made me smile a bit. Most companies still struggle to get Marketing and IT to talk to each other. And now we’re talking about coordinating a network of autonomous AI agents? The technology is ready. The data is there. What is missing is… people working together. We keep talking about collaboration and cross-functionality. Then someone mentions sharing data, or worse, sharing budget, and the room goes quiet. Agentic AI won’t fix silos. It’ll just make them impossible to hide. Worth reading though: https://lnkd.in/gKy8VN5a

Many insurers have adopted AI/GenAI; 90%+ insurers have launched pilots; however only 7% have scaled to enterprise-wide adoption } Scaling AI/GenAI capabilities and driving value requires a focused, end-to-end approach: • Prioritize 2-3 high value pools to transform, instead of a "thousand flowers bloom” approach • Balance technology with talent: 30% value is derived from AI/GenAI technology, 70% is derived through organizational capabilities and transformation.
