Is there an updated JHA or other job safety assessment? 📋 Is there a procedure for this task? 🎓 Have I received training on this procedure? ❓ Is there anything I’m going to be doing that the procedure does not address? ⚠️ What hazards are present in the work area? Can any of them be corrected before I start the task? 💥 What is the worst thing that can happen? 🤕 How can I get hurt? 🦺 Do I have the proper PPE for the task? 🚧 Are appropriate safety barriers in place? 🔧 Do I have the right tools for the job? Are they in good, working condition? 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐎𝐑𝐒 ✅ ENSURE equipment is in safe condition before starting a task 👀 ALWAYS maintain Situational Awareness.
