"The overall average score for the group was poor. AI optimists will intone their mantra that these models will only get better. Realists will say that AI, like Excel, can only boost productivity and that’s enough to make a difference." More, bigger and faster is not the same as better, as we knew. Though it may contribute to either better and worse, as we know.

Why 95% of AI Projects fail? It's not a technology issue, it's a strategy problem. Winners don't build wrappers, they do things differently. #AI #Agents #FutureofWork

If you don’t bake your values into your AI from the start, don’t be surprised when the end result leaves a bad taste. AI isn’t neutral. It’s shaped by the choices you make: what you prioritize, what you ignore, and what tradeoffs you’re willing to live with. It's easy to get carried away by AI's speed, power, and efficiency. Automated customer service sounds great for your bottom line until you remember that empathy is a core company value. If you’re not careful, AI can quietly steer your company away from everything you claim to care about. We wrote a guide on how to make sure your AI reflects your values, not just your budget. There is much buzz about whether #AI is disruptive or not. Many may disregard #AI as transformative to human behavior. My experience after three years of heavy use is that AI has far more consistent logic (at times incorrect) than humans—it should, as it's an algorithm, after all. On the other hand, humans struggle with consistent logic and get into 'what-aboutisms' that lead to circular reasoning and inaction. Right or wrong, #AI will change how we think (more direct, logical, and increasing confidence to take action). That is disruptive to human thinking and behavior!

Excellent analysis. The value from AI may be downstream, into applications, not upstream into models. If you take an information/knowledge centric view on this market and ask, what knowledge or skill is important, this aligns. The opportunity ‘surface area’ for innovative AI applications is extremely large and very wrinkled with lots of small pockets of valuable opportunities, and all further removed from the base LLM. #ai #value https://lnkd.in/gemwA8C8

Want to hear an honest opinion from someone with a PhD in AI? Artificial intelligence is not the answer to all your questions, and certainly not a universal band-aid that will cover all wounds. It's just another tool—a powerful one, but a tool. And if your business isn't working, implementing #AI will not magically save the situation. First, we review and enhance our internal processes, and only then start thinking about technical improvement—not the other way around ❌

🤖 “AI is the future.” Yes. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: AI isn’t the differentiator anymore. It’s the baseline. In 2020, saying you were “AI-first” was impressive. In 2025, it’s like saying you’re “internet-first.” What actually matters is what feeds the AI. Clean, consistent, reliable data. Without that, your “AI strategy” is just an expensive hallucination machine. The future won’t be won by who has the best model. It’ll be won by who has the best truth.

We’ve been told that #AI will make us smarter, faster, and more productive. But the more insidious danger lies in its very competence. AI doesn’t just scale creativity or efficiency. It scales mediocrity. At first glance, competence looks harmless: clean prose, tidy logic, polished delivery. However, when everything appears credible, the signal that indicates what truly matters becomes weakened. The result is a culture where attention is drawn to what is easiest to produce and spreads frictionlessly. Distinction doesn’t merely compete; it suffocates. https://lnkd.in/ekT3KqZt

AI won’t take your job. But someone using AI probably will. If you’re still ignoring AI tools in 2025, you’re choosing to fall behind. Let’s be clear: AI isn’t the future — it’s already the present.
