🚀 Day 11: Practical Power of AI Prompts Today’s focus: Applying AI to real-world workflows. Key learnings: Prompts can speed up daily tasks like drafting emails, summarizing docs, or idea generation AI works best when it handles the first draft, and humans refine the final output Blending creativity + productivity makes AI a true time-saver 💡 Fun Experiment: I asked AI to summarize a 5-page technical report → Got clear, concise bullet points in seconds. Time saved = productivity gained! AI isn’t just about prompting; it’s about making life simpler and work faster. #AI #PromptEngineering #LearningJourney #Day11 #ArtificialIntelligence #Productivity

The biggest change in how I work with AI is that I spend far more time preparing and far less time doing. Here’s what I mean: The output with AI takes seconds but that used to be most of the work. Now, the real effort is done upfront: research, context, & clarity. My personal process looks like this: 1/ I “brain dump” ideas by talking them through. Not for anyone else’s ears (trust me!), just to get everything out of my head. 2/ I take the transcript and feed it into a prompt-engineering project I’ve built. That project designs the best possible prompt for the task at hand. 3/ With the new, polished prompt, I start fresh with AI & the results are dramatically better. 4/ If it’s something I’ll repeat, I save the whole process as a project, so next time it takes minutes, not hours. It’s flipped how I work. The preparation feels heavy once, but it pays off every single time after. If you’d like me to share some of these prompts and projects, drop me a comment or DM. Let’s make some AI magic. #ScreensThatCommunicate #AI #Productivity #Leadership #FutureOfWork

I’ve been watching how teams use AI lately, and one thing is clear: it doesn’t get tired, it doesn’t get distracted, and it doesn’t care about opinions. It just processes data and delivers patterns. Some observations: 1. AI can analyze data faster than any human team ever could. 2. It notices patterns and connections we often overlook. 3. As we rely on AI more, our decisions are increasingly shaped by its suggestions. The reality? Success isn’t about teaching AI to think like us. It’s about learning to work with the way AI thinks. Emotions, gut feelings, personal bias, they take a back seat. Efficiency and insight drive the next wave of results. #AI #Automation #DataDriven #MachineLearning #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork

AI won’t replace a good idea. It’s a tool—not a cure-all. Here are 3 lessons I’ve learned about using it in the creative process: 1. Use AI for structure, not soul. Beat sheets, subplot tracking, production notes—huge time savers. They keep me efficient without touching the core of the idea. 2. Ratings without context flatten ideas. AI feedback can’t capture nuance. On a recent YouTube show, it suggested cutting a monologue “for clarity.” We ignored it. That moment became an audience favorite. 3. Always test with people. Table reads and trusted creative circles reveal truth instantly. Culture is lived, not computed—and you feel that in the room. AI can polish your draft. But only people can make it pulse. #Storytelling #WritingCommunity #Directing #ContentCreation #AICreativity #FutureOfWork #CreativeProcess #CreativeLeadership

Everyone’s talking about “prompt engineering”, but what does that actually mean in practice? The truth is: good prompts aren’t about magic words, they’re about structure. When you give AI clarity on role, task, format, constraints, and tone, suddenly the output goes from generic to genuinely useful. In other words, prompts aren’t just requests. They’re instructions that shape how AI helps your business. Curious what that looks like in action? Watch this short video where we break it down in under 60 seconds. AI won’t replace me. But distractions might. Lately I’ve been playing with AI tools for product work: research, ideas, even drafting. What I noticed: when I’m clear and focused, AI gives me useful results. When I’m distracted and rushed, it just spits out noise. For me the edge isn’t chasing every new tool, it’s learning to think deeply, give AI the right context, and use it with purpose. Does AI help you focus, or just add more noise? #AI #ProductManagement #DeepWork #Focus #GrowthMindset
