We are excited to welcome Katie Lewis as our new HR Generalist at Monarch Communities! Katie brings over 13 years of HR experience, specializing in Leave of Absence and Workers’ Compensation. She is SHRM-CP certified and holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Known for her empathetic approach and commitment to compliance, Katie is passionate about building positive workplace cultures that support employees at every level.
