🚀 Code without the grind. But code won’t ship itself. Here’s why you need Bleenk on your team: 1. Fix bugs in a snap → No late-night stress. 2. Push code to prod → Fast and safe. 3. Docs, Git, deploys → All in one AI flow. 4. You → free to build, dream, and scale. Most teams spend half their time on tasks that don’t grow the biz. Bleenk cuts that waste. So you can ship more. Grow more. Win more. 📌 We’re raising $500K–$700K to scale the tech and team. Want to see how fast your team can move? DM me today → Let’s talk. P.S. First movers will shape how dev teams work with AI. 👉 Are you in?

This week, I spoke at a FinCon session on Vibe-Coding—a new way to build apps quickly by pairing AI with lightweight coding skills. I.e. My primary work for 3 years now! 3 takeaways that really stood out: 1 - Vibe-Coding is catching on. Every single creator I spoke with was curious about learning to vibe-code. One year ago--absolutely NOBODY. 2 - AI disruption is slower than it looks. Even with rapid AI improvements, average consumers are becoming more cautious about using lesser-known tools. The opportunity to disrupt traditional SaaS companies is still huge—but it’s unfolding more slowly than most people think. The big picture: there’s a unique window right now for solo creators and small teams to build meaningful apps before the big brands fully adapt. 3 - I even vibe-coded a live "takeaways page" during my session, entirely from my phone, using Codex. Fun! ** If you want to explore vibe-coding and start learning the basics, check out my free 5-day mini-course: https://lnkd.in/gsDXrdUB

Another fun week on Vibe Flow! This time with my longtime friend and Avocado's co-founder & CTO, Shayan Guha. From reminiscing about our Teleborder days to diving into the future of engineering stacks, we had a wide-ranging and insightful conversation. A few things that stood out to me from our discussion: 🔹Small teams, big impact. Three engineers at Avocado are taking on giants like Square and Toast — proof of how much leverage modern tools + AI provide. 🔹Rails isn’t dead. Still stable, battle-tested, and works surprisingly well with AI-assisted coding. 🔹Next.js vs. Rails. AI handles Rails better thanks to decades of training data, but fast-changing frameworks like Next.js can trip it up.. 🔹AI as a teammate. From coding to testing, AI is redefining what small teams can build. The takeaway: 🚀 In this new era, the question is not "how big is your team?" but "how fast can you ship?". 👉 Question for you: Where do you see the biggest opportunities for small teams to outpace incumbents? 🌴 ☀️ This summer, I went off-grid abit… and into 🤖 AI 🧐 🚀 Where did summer go? I took the summer afternoons to work on a few personal projects… and see if AI Vibe Coding tools could help me bring them to life some ideas. I didn’t want to get lost in deep dives, just enough to know which ones I could recommend to colleagues. 🧪 The quick take- I tested three accessible platforms that all promised fast builds but gave me different experiences: + Base44 Fast functionality. I could set up actions quickly and get moving. Although styling and deeper customization, not so great right out of the box. + Loveable Looked smooth from the start, perfect for landing pages. But making it do things felt more tedious than it should’ve been. + Bolt Promising, but didn’t quite match the pace of the other two. I’d revisit it when I have more time to experiment with latest features. 💡 Takeaway- These tools can bring ideas to life fast… if you’re willing to work within their capabilities. No clear winner ... yet, but I was able to build some neat stuff even if it's niche solutions. ❤️ Bonus shoutout Not AI-driven, but Supabase stole my heart. With 15+ years writing SQL, I can say it’s the most accessible Postgres dev space I’ve used — and it played well with all three tools above. As the summer light fades and the days get shorter… I’m shifting gears back to budget planning season at SprintRay. ☀️ It’s been a good run Time to get back to work.📝 #Fintech #NoCode #FinanceTransformation #AI #Vibecoding

I think Cat Wu (Claude Code product lead) might have one of the most fun PM jobs in tech. Here's a quick clip from Catherine talking about how the best Claude Code features get built: Prototype -> Dogfood -> Ship what resonates I learned so much from Cat about how an AI native team actually works. 📌 Watch the full episode now: https://lnkd.in/g82qi8cm

If your product velocity is slowing down, it’s not always your team’s fault. Often, the real issue is hidden in the codebase. We’ve seen it over and over: product teams blame velocity issues on process, tools, or people… but the real bottleneck is often buried in the code itself. Here are 3 warning signs your codebase is dragging you down: 1️⃣ Every feature takes longer than the last. 2️⃣ Bugs keep reappearing in “fixed” areas. 3️⃣ Onboarding a new dev feels like teaching rocket science. These aren’t people problems — they’re system problems. And the longer you ignore them, the more expensive fixes become. 💡 In one last audit, we discovered a client’s deployment times had doubled in just 12 months. The cause? A tangled architecture no one had mapped in years. If any of this sounds familiar, it might be time for a second set of eyes. 👉 Message me directly, and let’s schedule a quick consultation to see whether a code audit could get your product moving faster.
