Tagged vs Untagged Ports: VLAN Configuration

Tagged/Untagged vs Trunk/Access. Which one is easier to configure and what is the main differences ? Basically, tagged port = trunk port and untagged port = access port. Tagged or Trunk means the port can carry multiple VLAN ID. For Untagged or Access means the port cannot carry multiple VLAN and only can have one VLAN ID. So, can you guys share the differences between each other ?
