My 3 biggest struggles when I started experimenting with AI: 1️⃣ Too much noise. Every week, a new tool launch. Every day, bold claims. I had no idea what was actually worth my time. 2️⃣ Shiny object syndrome. I jumped between 10 tools without building a single useful workflow. The result: wasted hours, no real progress. 3️⃣ Thinking too big. I kept waiting for the “perfect AI project.” The truth? The real breakthroughs came from tiny daily wins — like automating meeting notes or drafting a proposal outline. 💡 What I learned: AI isn’t about finding the one tool that changes everything. It’s about small, repeatable wins that stack up to massive savings over time. 👉 Curious to hear — what’s been your biggest struggle with AI so far? #AI #Productivity #FutureOfWork

🌟 Unlocking the Power of AI: The Most Critical Skill Nobody’s Talking About! 🌟 When I first started working with AI, I thought it was about mastering technology. I was wrong. The REAL superpower? Asking the right questions. Quick story: I spent hours feeding monotonous prompts to an AI—and got back equally monotonous, generic answers. I almost gave up. But when I started refining my questions, the magic happened. AI became a creative partner, not just a tool. Here’s why questioning is the NEXT BIG THING: -Specificity unleashes value: The clearer your question, the sharper the answer. -AI mirrors your inputs: Quality in = quality out. -Curiosity wins: Experiment, iterate, break problems down, and embrace not knowing! -Storytelling with strategy: Add context, set roles, choose formats—the possibilities multiply. ✨ In today’s AI-driven world, your questions define your achievements. The future belongs to those bold enough to seek better ones—not those with all the answers! What’s the smartest question you’ve ever asked an AI? Share below—let’s learn together! #AI #PromptEngineering #AskGreatQuestions #Curiosity #Innovation #CareerGrowth #FutureSkills #LinkedInCommunity

AI won't do my laundry yet. But here's what I'm using it for 🤖 I have a dream: that one day, AI will fully automate the tasks I don't enjoy (hello, household chores! 🧺) so I can focus entirely on what I love—creative work like writing. We're not quite there yet. But in the meantime, I've found an incredible use case for AI: as a research and analysis powerhouse. It's brilliant for spotting trends, synthesizing data, and giving me a base to build from. It handles the groundwork so I can focus on the strategy. This got me thinking about the trade-off. In our pursuit of efficiency, are we losing the human essence? The soulful connection that comes from something made entirely by another person? Hear from #N2N Natasha Angeline and I when we discussed this exact tension in our latest video: Why does some AI-generated content feel cold and sterile? How can you tell if a message was written by a human or artificial intelligence? I'd love to hear from you: What are you using AI for right now? What tasks do you wish it would automate? Watch the video and let's discuss in the comments. #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #Productivity #Innovation #Technology #HumanCentricAI

The Rise of “AI Experts” across LinkedIn… Lately, I’ve been noticing a familiar pattern, impostor syndrome is everywhere. But this time, it’s not just internal. It’s playing out in the AI space, where it’s getting harder to tell what’s real and what’s just… well, branding. I see people post daily about AI, riding the hype, wearing the “expert” badge proudly. But when it comes to actually speaking in public, answering hard questions, or getting into the technical weeds? Silence. We throw around the term expert so casually that it’s started to lose meaning. Here’s the usual evolution: ✔️Expert on AI ✔️Expert on LLMs ✔️Expert on MCP ✔️And AI expert on Agent AI too…. It’s always the same playbook. That’s why I’ve never called myself an expert and probably never will. I prefer to stay an outsider, learning, questioning, and sharing what I do know without pretending to know it all. Because in a field changing this fast, claiming expertise too loudly might just be the first sign you’ve stopped learning. #AI #experts

The biggest change in how I work with AI is that I spend far more time preparing and far less time doing. Here’s what I mean: The output with AI takes seconds but that used to be most of the work. Now, the real effort is done upfront: research, context, & clarity. My personal process looks like this: 1/ I “brain dump” ideas by talking them through. Not for anyone else’s ears (trust me!), just to get everything out of my head. 2/ I take the transcript and feed it into a prompt-engineering project I’ve built. That project designs the best possible prompt for the task at hand. 3/ With the new, polished prompt, I start fresh with AI & the results are dramatically better. 4/ If it’s something I’ll repeat, I save the whole process as a project, so next time it takes minutes, not hours. It’s flipped how I work. The preparation feels heavy once, but it pays off every single time after. If you’d like me to share some of these prompts and projects, drop me a comment or DM. Let’s make some AI magic. #ScreensThatCommunicate #AI #Productivity #Leadership #FutureOfWork

We usually have a Master Class every Wednesday, and this week was no exception. Ruth Oloo took us through an amazing session on AI, and I walked away with a mix of excitement and curiosity. What struck me most was the practical application of AI in sales. It’s not just theory — it can actually help with the small, time-consuming things that slow us down: - Finding the right prospects faster - Keeping follow-ups timely and relevant - Freeing up more time to focus on real conversations and closing deals Another big learning for me was the reminder of the old saying: “Garbage in, garbage out.” With AI, this is so true — the output is only as good as the input. I realised that knowing how to craft the right prompts can mean the difference between a generic response and a powerful result. In other words, AI can save you effort, but only if you know how to ask it the right questions. I’m looking forward to experimenting with some of these ideas in my own work. Curious — if you’re in sales or business development, have you tried using AI in your daily process yet? What’s working for you? #AI #Sales #Productivity #Learning #InspiringSalesExcellence

When AI says salt but it could actually mean sugar ? AI is everywhere, helping us write emails, create content, and even analyze data. It’s like a super smart friend who’s always ready to lend a hand. But can we rely on AI for everything? Not quite! Sometimes, AI has moments where it gets things completely wrong. These mistakes are called "hallucinations," and they’re a big reason we need to double-check AI’s work. Imagine this: Your mom asks you to grab sugar from the market for her famous cookie recipe. You’re distracted, and instead of sugar, you bring home salt. Oops! The cookies turn out... well, let’s just say not sweet. AI can do something similar. it might sound confident but give you “salt” when you asked for “sugar.” For example, I once saw an AI claim that a company launched a product in 2030 (yep, a future that hasn’t happened yet!). Check out the attached media for another wild AI mix-up where it summarize the text that made no sense. Here’s how we can make AI work better for us: Double-check everything: Always verify AI’s answers with trusted sources. Ask clearly: The clearer your instructions, the better AI performs. Stay in charge: Use AI as a helper, not the boss. Have you had an AI “oops” moment? Drop your story in the comments, I’d love to hear about it! Let’s keep the conversation going. 🚀 #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #TechTips #LinkedIn

I came across an AI prompt in a newsletter last week that I can’t stop thinking about & had to share. It’s not flashy, but it’s powerful! 👉 The idea: “I’m about to give you a raw brain dump — notes, half-formed thoughts, fragments, and messy ideas. Your job is to take everything I share and organize it into a clear, logical structure or outline. Keep my original voice and phrasing intact. Do not rewrite or add new ideas. Just impose order.” Why I love this: - We all have messy notes and half-formed ideas. - Clarity often comes from structure, not rewriting. - AI is great at organizing thoughts without changing your voice. This prompt basically turns AI into your thought-organizer. You can brain dump freely, then let it hand you back a clean outline — your words, just structured. ✨ That’s the kind of everyday, practical use I love. Not to replace creativity, but to make the messy parts of work feel lighter. Would you ever drop your unfiltered notes into AI and let it clean them up? #PromptEngineering #Productivity #WorkSmarter #Innovation #DigitalTools #WritingTips #FutureOfWork #AI

🚀 AI is here — and let’s be honest, it’s amazing. It can write faster, plan cleaner, analyse deeper. It’s not going anywhere — which means we’ve got to learn to use it. But here’s the catch: if we just let AI do the talking, we risk losing the part that actually makes us connect. 🫀 The part that makes people feel seen, heard, and human. Because no matter how perfect an AI-generated email looks… It can’t hold space for someone. It can’t add the nuance of your presence. It can’t be you. 💡 So here’s a small practice I swear by: Next time you’re about to hit “send” on an AI-polished message, add one line only you could write. Something real. Imperfect. Human. That’s the line that will land. That’s the line that will make someone feel connected. 👉 What about you? Have you ever received a message that was “perfect”… but felt empty? #HumanisingOurWorkplaces #FutureOfWork #HiHumaniser #AI
