Located within our $1B+ East Market mixed-use development in Center City, Philadelphia, this 19-story medical office tower opened to patients in Spring 2024 and represents a new model for healthcare delivery in the region. Designed by Ennead Architects, Stantec, and BLT Architects, the building thoughtfully integrates into the surrounding urban fabric while delivering a best-in-class patient experience.
