Automating data entry: Why it's a must for brand operations

If you could automate one task in your brand operations, what would it be? 😁 I got asked this question on a podcast recently. *Data entry* - hands down. Nobody should still be copying numbers from one system or spreadsheet into another in 2025. And yet it’s everywhere: pulling stock actuals from 3PL files, updating supplier prices, patching sales reports… hours & hours wasted every week. If you’re still doing this manually, especially on repeat, it's time to stop & rethink. Map where the data is coming from and ask: why isn’t this automated? If the answer is “our systems can’t”, it’s time to change them. That’s what we’re fixing with Lumina. Wherever data is coming from - exports, live connectors - it flows seamlessly so you don't have to worry about moving numbers around! #SupplyChain #Automation #DataEntry #DigitalTransformation #AI

Out of the many tasks, its still having visibility of stock from all of our 20 locations in the 1 place without having to login to all of the different platforms and perform multiple calculations to normalise the data, before we can start actually analysing the data.

Yes, data entry! Can you believe how much copying and pasting still goes on… and let’s hope that data is unified. I see this all the time and in all sizes of business. Great to see a solution for this Oana.
