Palo Alto Networks introduces SD-WAN and XSOAR Engineer certifications

Palo Alto Networks Education Services is proud to introduce two new certifications releasing July 29, 2025: the SD-WAN Engineer and the XSOAR Engineer. The SD-WAN Engineer certification validates the knowledge and skills of experienced SD-WAN and SASE engineers across the entire Prisma SD-WAN lifecycle. This includes pre-deployment planning, architectural design, deployment, configuration, ongoing management, and advanced troubleshooting. It confirms the ability to leverage Prisma SD-WAN components for successful network transformation. For security operations engineers, the XSOAR Engineer certification validates their expertise in onboarding, deployment, integration, playbook creation, automation scripting, content lifecycle management, and system troubleshooting within Cortex XSOAR in security operations environments. Registration for both certifications is now open with Pearson VUE at https://lnkd.in/eqXvt4Z7. Please note: In line with the end of our fiscal year, all remaining legacy certification and PSE Professional exams will be officially retired. The last opportunity to take the exams listed below will be July 31, 2025. PCNSE PCCSE  PCSAE PCNSC All PSE Professional Exams Thank you for your continued support of Palo Alto Networks!

Palo Alto Networks Education Services I just wanted to highlight a small suggestion: for cloud security role-based certifications, it would be ideal to use a sky blue background, as this color aligns with Prisma Cloud’s branding. Additionally, the logo should be that of Prisma Cloud—currently, it appears to be showing the Cortex logo instead.

Hello, that’s great news for the engineers already working with Palo Alto SDWAN. But where are the training materials to study for this 2 new exams? Palo Alto knowledge hub is very much outdated with no information on any of this new modules. Please advise.

Hello, Is there any update to the rumored CE program rollout? Early adopters to the new role based certs released last October/November have about 14-15 months to meet whatever the requirements will be when introduced. Thanks!
