I was honored to join the Axios AI+ DC Summit small business roundtable and represent Salesforce during a powerful discussion on what it truly takes for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) to leverage #AI successfully. Here are the insights I walked away with: ➖ AI has enormous potential to be a force multiplier for SMBs: automating tasks, #increasingefficiency, reducing friction, but only if the tools are trustworthy, well-built, and safe. ➖ Model quality matters.
