😡😡😡 🚨🚨⚠️ Je souhaite partager une expérience préoccupante avec PayPal. J’ai un compte professionnel irréprochable : aucun litige client, aucun incident. Pourtant, mon compte a été bloqué sans justification claire, et mes fonds 8900€ pendant 180 jours sont retenus alors que j’ai déjà fourni tous les documents demandés (Kbis, justificatifs, etc.). 👉 Ce blocage m’empêche aujourd’hui d’honorer mes engagements auprès de mes clients et fournisseurs (Tribunal de commerce, INPI, Netpress – eux-mêmes clients PayPal). Mon activité est 100 % légale, encadrée et transparente. Il est incompréhensible qu’une entreprise comme PayPal pénalise ainsi des entrepreneurs sérieux, au risque de les mettre en difficulté auprès de leur clientèle. Je demande le déblocage immédiat de mon compte et de mes fonds. À défaut, je me verrai contrainte d’engager une action en justice et de mobiliser publiquement les entrepreneurs concernés. 🔎 Je partage ce message car je sais que je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas. PayPal has wrongfully taken money from my account for the purpose of reviewing my details. Stay away and don't deposit money into your account because, despite the 3 working days, they won't let you use it...they'll leave your account restricted! They should be reported!

Good morning, I want to make a public complaint against the company WeTransfer. On September 6th, this company charged USD 228 to my PayPal-linked card without my consent. At no point did I receive any notification, nor do I recall ever registering on their website, as I can state with certainty that I never created an account with them. What makes the situation even more serious is that PayPal authorized this charge without my consent, despite the fact that it clearly did not match any legitimate subscription plan. After reviewing WeTransfer’s website, I confirmed that their subscriptions do not exceed USD 23, which makes the charged amount even more suspicious and unjustified. At this moment, I am addressing the matter with both my bank and PayPal support, but the situation has already affected me directly, since that money—together with the little balance I had left on my credit card—was intended to cover a debt with my bank. Now, there is a real risk that my credit record will be harmed, and it is evident that the company will not take any responsibility for the damages and losses this situation may cause, even if I eventually receive a refund.
