Managing passwords is a headache, anyone in my course plan especially can agree. Or at least it was before password managers came around, before them most people simply used the same password across all platforms. An infamously insecure and dangerous way to handle things. The following article relays the advantages of using a password manager, though some practices like auto-fill might not be the best to implement into daily life, overall there are some great pointers. Personally, 2FA using Microsoft Authentication or passkeys are the most secure ways to go! https://lnkd.in/d5cjrG3w #LetsBeCarefulOutThere #flcc270

Your control plane might be more public than you think. Another sharp catch by Elli Shlomo (IR): your Entra admin center could be exposed by default. Exposed by Default: Limit Access to Your Entra Control Plane The Threat: Any authenticated user could access parts of the Entra admin center, exposing them to configuration details they should never see. The Risk: If you don't restrict access, regular users could discover internal settings, learn about your tenant structure, and even get ideas for privilege escalation paths. The Fix: Go to ➔ Entra Admin Center ➔ Users ➔ User Settings ➔ Administration Center Set "Restrict access to Microsoft Entra admin center" ➔ YES Admin portals are for admins, not for curious users or lurking attackers. Close the windows before someone decides to climb through. Stay sharp. Visibility is a weapon when it falls into the wrong hands!
