You Got Rejected Because You Sounded Like a LinkedIn Post "Passionate. Driven. Detail-oriented team player.” What does that even mean?🙄 Here’s what hiring managers actually want to hear: 💥 “I fixed stuff no one else wanted to touch.” 💥 “I stayed calm when the client was losing it.” 💥 “I hit numbers when everything around me was falling apart.” Real people > perfect buzzwords. Be someone they’d want in the room when things go sideways. 📩 We prep our candidates to sound human — and get hired for it. #interviewtips #resumetips #jobsearch #recruitingtruths #realtalk #careercontent

I'd love to hear from Pivotal Solutions.
That’s all cool and everything, but if people are going to use these new “buzzwords” make sure to prep for the follow up. A lot of times the hiring manager will ask you what kind of untouchable stuff did you touch, or how and why was the client losing it or what numbers did you hit? More than likely you’re gonna walk yourself into a trap because they’ll definitely judge what you answer after that. Anyhow that’s based on my personal experience and I had a valid comeback. Just in case you’re going to use it, prep beforehand
