For years, my goal has been to open U, the Primer platform, our software operation stack academic program to talented educators around the country who want to launch schools in their communities. And we are finally making that happen. So if you're an educator in Florida, Alabama, Arizona, or Texas who's tired of the current system, it's failing our kids and you've dreamed of. Launching a school to serve families in your community. We built the Primer Fellowship for you. It's designed as a part time program, sort of like a evening MBA that runs from September to May of 2025. And it's designed to work with your existing teaching job. So all the programming is very lightweight and it happens on the evenings each week. You'll get access to the entire Primer platform, including Primer OS, which is the software we've built the powers the full stack experience for teachers, kids and parents. And our team will help you every step of the way. We'll walk you through the process of identifying a location, recruiting students, getting up to speed on the Primer software, and how to deliver our academic model. Everything you need to launch your school. Lastly, and probably most importantly to you, there's no financial risk to join the fellowship. We know that teachers in the US are underpaid and underappreciated, so there's no cost or fees to participate or launch your Primer. We will handle all that, and we guarantee you a competitive salary.
