Environmental Site Assessments are one of the many services our Environmental team offers. Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC) are the focus for Phase I of these projects. When a Phase I ESA is completed, and RECs are identified, these conditions are confirmed through completing a Phase II ESA, which may include supplemental research or collection and analysis of soil or groundwater samples. Once contaminants are properly delineated our team can prepare a customized Remedial Action Plan and work closely with clients to ensure all environmental concerns are addressed.
