The 3 words that made my 2 weeks of hard work worth it? “This is better.” We were implementing a CRM project for a business. Their use case was tricky but doable. The challenge? Their process was fully manual — and our solution had to be simple, not complicated. After 3–4 days of brainstorming, I felt something wasn’t landing right. So, we went back, sat with their team again, and reviewed every step of their process. That reset changed everything. We refined the workflows, set up automations, and made sure it worked for them — not just for the software. During the final presentation, their CTO looked at the screen and said: “Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful.” 🙌 But the moment that really mattered? One of their team members said… “This is more convenient and better than our current process.” That’s when I realised: Software is not successful when it’s implemented.
