Next week, I embark on a new chapter as a Vice President at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking helping drive the Operational Resilience strategy within the UK COO Division. I am excited to reconnect with Santander CIB colleagues across London and Madrid from my past engagements with the bank, at a time when Operational Resilience continues to intensify as a key executive committee and supervisory priority across the financial sector. Equally, my time at Avantage Reply has flown by — shaped by a diverse mix of strategic projects and client secondments, travel across multiple countries, and extensive engagement with senior leaders at major financial institutions across the UK, Europe, and the Americas. I hope to stay in touch with the fantastic colleagues, clients, and alumni whom I have partnered with in this journey.
