I bought a Renault Triber car from Gurgaon and took delivery on March 28. The salesman and sales manager promised that they would give me the car documents within 15 days and would also install the CNG kit. They installed the CNG kit in May, and I had to travel out of station, leaving my job, to pick it up myself. Your manager was not able to help. I still haven't received my RC or original documents. My car has been driven 14,000 kilometers, and I have paid fines twice because I didn't have the documents. The salespeople don't answer my calls. I have to take leave from my job and go to the office, and then they lie to me every time, saying they will get it done today or tomorrow. Now, the AC in that car is not working, and two services were not done properly. I have never seen such bad service or such dishonest people. If this is not resolved in 2-4 days, I will file a court case against the company and the manager.
