CO₂ sensing has always been bulky. Sensirion just shrunk it to 4 mm. The new STCC4 measures 4 x 3 x 1.2 mm, draws under 100 µA, and still holds accuracy at ±(100 ppm + 10%). That makes CO₂ monitoring possible in thermostats, wearables, and even portable air quality devices. We look at what makes this design possible, and why it could move CO₂ sensing into mainstream IoT and HVAC. 🔗 Full article: https://lnkd.in/ejtnw-Uy 👉 Stay informed, join the club: https://lnkd.in/epYBc3kj 🎙️ Continue the discussion: https://lnkd.in/e7CQsRgp #TCC #TheComponentClub #Sensors #AirQuality #IoT #HVAC #SmartHome #Electronics #ElectronicsEngineering #Engineering
