This world-class venue, delivered on time and on budget, showcases engineering excellence with its cloud-like steel roof and modular construction. Focused on sustainability, it’s on track for LEED Gold certification and features advanced digital infrastructure. The project also exceeds apprenticeship and Indigenous participation targets and has awarded over $500 million in contracts to NSW businesses. Delivered in collaboration with Cox Architecture, John Holland, Infrastructure NSW, and Venues NSW, the project leaves a lasting legacy for both the community and industry.
