A very insightful post—especially considering the current challenges hiring teams are facing. I was particularly intrigued by the rise in “boomerang hires.” While it’s a smart move for many companies, it does require clear internal policies for reintegration and performance assessment. As a legal and compliance specialist, I believe any acceleration in hiring must be supported by well-structured contracts and precise evaluation mechanisms to ensure team stability and sustainable hiring decisions. This company doesn’t seem interested in actually recruiting for people who contact them and agree to work with them. My experience with this company has been beyond negative. There is no interest to help someone find a job, no return emails or calls. Very unprofessional place.
